Frozen Cherries 50:50

I'm writing this review to give genuine praise to this company for sorting out my purchase with them. When the 2 packets were delivered via courier before Xmas, one of the packages had been obviously tampered with and was damaged. Some of the vape liquid items had been taken from one of the packages. I reported this to IVG and the courier. I got an email from Laurence in IVG telling me that the missing items would be replaced. I got another package delivered a day or 2 later with not only the replacement items but extra vape liquid bottles as a goodwill gesture. I have nothing but the highest of praise for IVG and Laurence in particular. I was very happy and impressed with the service and the willingness to rectify the issue of missing items. I was be back to purchase only from IVG in the future and highly recommend them to anyone who purchases this particular item.
