IVG SMART MAX Grape Refill Pod

It's great that I can just buy the refilled pods only. I like that there's offer buy 3 and the price is discounted! Also the delivery is fast. Not sure about the rewards system as it's my first time buying from IVG. Other establishments, I can use the points to off set my purchase!

Ordered a large amount of refills, at time of writing it's been over a week and they still have not arrived. The delivery service DPD says it's still awaiting the package, meaning it still hasn't even been dispatched. I've usually had no issues with IVG, the orders usually arrive in 2-3 days, but there's been radio silence and I have no idea if my order is actually coming or not.

Ordered 6 max pod refills on the 9th August. Still didn’t arrive 11 days later I sent a email asking about it and also didn’t hear back l. I’m still not sure is it on the way as I never got it and never heard back when asking.
